A
personal achievement of mine was riding for 28 kilometres up a Fujian mountain. It was
honestly one of the hardest things I have ever done, as In New Zealand I was just
used to riding up tiny hills. Overall it took me about 2 ½ hours, that was one
of the times that I was so thankful for having lunch, haha. At one point I was
so tired that I did a little skid on my bike and it felt like I had just been
woken up. Although it was so hard I absolutely loved mostly every minute of it.
The view was so beautiful and on the lucky parts, when we rode downhill the
fresh, crisp morning air was so calming. My favourite part was when we got to
bike through a little old mountain village, it was just something I have never
seen before, it felt like I was in a picture of olden day China .

我最喜欢的书 - My favorite books!
My favourite book is Mao's last dancer by Li Cunxin, because I found it really interesting to read about how a poor familys kid would live in the old China. The thing that I really liked about it was reading from the start how he was a poor kid, and then it goes through all the stages to him becoming an amazing, famous Dancer.
Although I like a lot of Author's my favourite Author is Ann Brashares. She is my favourite Author because her series The Sisterhood of the travelling pants was what made me start to like fiction books. I think when you start reading her books you can't put them down, I also think she adds lots of twists to her storys which make you shocked.
The story's I like to read most are Biographies and fiction. With biographies I love to learn about peoples lives and amazing things people have achieved, I like reading fiction books because you can go in to your own world, and imagine the characters and everything.
If I wrote a book it would be a biography on living in China, and all the happy and bad experiences that come with it.
我爱中国菜 - I love Chinese food!
火龙果 - Dragon fruit

虾饺 - Prawn dumpling
My favourites foods are pretty much anything that is Chinese food, but my particular favourites are: eye fillet, prawn dumplings, spicy frog soup, sausages, sweet and sour pork, mango, garlic duck, sushi, chinese dragon fruit, wasabi black fungus ( It is quite funny because the literal meaning for how you say black fungus in China is black wood ear, Hēi mù'ěr) My last favourite is Goose with this special chinese chutney.
I don't really like western food but here are my non - favourites: Burgers, fries, pizza, chicken feet, lasagna, jelly fish, cottage pie and doughnuts.
